Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of flux-3.run. Please read them before using the site.

Last updated: July 26, 2026

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using flux-3.run, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Independent preview status

flux-3.run is an independent workflow preview. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Black Forest Labs. “FLUX” and related names and marks belong to their respective owners.

3. Current service

The site currently provides an interactive demonstration of possible image, video, reference, motion, audio, and scene-continuity workflows. Unless a feature is clearly identified as live, the interface does not submit prompts or files to a live FLUX 3 generation model and does not promise access to an unreleased model or API.

Displayed credit estimates, generation controls, previews, and early-access states are illustrative. They are not a price, purchase offer, guaranteed output, or commitment that a feature will launch.

4. Accounts and security

You may sign in using an eligible Google account. You are responsible for maintaining control of that account and for activity performed through your session. Do not attempt to access another person's account or bypass authentication and security controls. You may log out at any time.

5. Your prompts and reference materials

You are responsible for content you enter or select, including prompts, images, videos, names, trademarks, and other reference materials. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use them and must not use the site to violate privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other legal rights.

The current demo keeps prompt and reference-file interactions in the browser and does not upload them to a live AI provider. If live processing is introduced, the applicable terms and privacy disclosures will be updated before that processing begins.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the site to:

  • Break applicable law or facilitate unlawful activity.
  • Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights.
  • Upload malware or attempt to compromise, overload, scrape abusively, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service.
  • Bypass access controls, impersonate another person, or misrepresent generated or illustrative media as verified fact.
  • Create or distribute content that exploits children or otherwise violates applicable safety laws.

7. Intellectual property

The site's original interface, layout, code, and written material are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, trademarks, media, and services remain the property of their respective owners. Clearly labeled official or illustrative media is provided for identification, commentary, or workflow demonstration and does not imply endorsement.

8. External services and links

The site may link to or rely on third-party services, including Google, Cloudflare, Black Forest Labs, and media delivery providers. We do not control their availability, content, security, or terms. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

9. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site, including preview controls and authentication, at any time. We do not guarantee that a feature, model integration, early-access program, or pricing plan will become available.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or uninterrupted operation. Illustrative previews are not represented as official FLUX 3 outputs unless expressly labeled otherwise.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of or inability to use the site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, the site, or legal compliance. You may stop using the site at any time and log out to end your current session.

13. Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections available where you live. Before starting a formal claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue in good faith.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service changes. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

15. Contact
